Operational control of O&M services in technical and infrastructural object management Acceptance, coordination and qualified processing of orders Control, control and acceptance of internal and external services Coordination of service providers incl. Supplier assessment and complaint management Control of personnel (e.g. housekeeper, reception) and foreign companies Ensuring and maintaining technical and infrastructure property master files Creation of reports (costs, energy, waste, performance evaluations) Environmental and Energy Management and Moving Planning and Coordination Ensuring quality, dates and costs Collection and documentation of services provided

Technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, TGA, HKLS, MSR/GLT, construction) or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in Operations & Maintenance / Facility / Real Estate Management Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office Representative communication and negotiation competence High customer and service orientation Structured, independent and reliable operation Organisational strength, flexibility and enforcement Safe, professional appearance English knowledge of advantage Driving licence Class B and personal mobility
