Bielefeld You support our work preparation as well as the operational management with 20h per week in the daily business

You get line information and request traffic regulations

You guide and care the project files and ensure complete documentation for our customers

You enter into maintenance and care contracts during the warranty period and keeps deadlines in mind

You create and coordinate evidence for BREEAM and DGNB certifications in the field of civil engineering

You have a completed commercial or technical training (e.g. in construction, as a construction artist, industrial merchant or similar) You have ideally experience in the construction or civil engineering industry and know administrative processes You work structured, carefully and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines You communicate clearly and professionally with authorities, customers and internal contact persons
