At the closest possible time, we are looking for a brand expert (m/w/d) in Hamburg, Düsseldorf or Frankfurt for our global IP services team.

In the function as a brand operator/paralegal (m/w/d), you will support global brand portfolios. You accompany the registration and other procedures before the brand offices (DPMA, EUIPO, WIPO) and take over the formal processing independently. You yourself correspond to clients and foreign colleagues. As part of your tasks, you create portfolio overviews and maintain our database. You can benefit from advanced processes through the use of AI, which allow you to work efficiently and precisely. You monitor and organize the time-limits and are responsible for file management.

You have successfully completed a training as a patent or lawyer (m/w/d) or a comparable training. An additional qualification, for example in economic law or economics, is welcome. Insufficient professional experience in the processing of the brand in a firm or a company will ideally bring you with you. Secure English knowledge in word and writing as well as dealing with the current MS Office applications complete your profile. The team’s work is important to you and team success plays a key role for you.
