Professional leadership of an existing project team Customer discussions, analysis of customer problems and regulatory requirements; technical translation into tasks Creation / Reasons of Investigation Programs Performing / accompanying exploration measures Coordination of external companies (Laboratory, Reconstruction Companies, Exploration Offices) Result evaluation according to relevant legal and regulatory works (BBodSchG / BBodSchV, EBV, DepV, etc.) Creation of expertly high-quality expert opinions, reviews and reports Risk assessment / derivation of the need for rehabilitation Development / evaluation of renovation variants incl. Cost-benefit analysis Planning services according to HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9 Approval planning, tendering and monitoring Full project management: dates, costs and quality

Complete study of geosciences, civil engineering or comparable training Founded and proven experience in the overall project management Deep knowledge in the fields of waste, soil protection, waste law and landfill technology Very strong written expressability (reports, opinions, reviews) Ability to render complex technical content understandably Experience in cooperation with authorities and external partners Interdisciplinary tasks in the fields of waste, waste disposal and landfill technology HOAI and approval process security

The salary structure depends on the respective experience and moves between €70,000 and €85,000
