Together we drive Step by Step to modernise hundreds of applications and control central bank transformation initiatives - strategic, data-based and with real influence on the Bank's IT landscape. You analyze existing system and process landscapes critically, question status, identify modernization potentials and develop the strategies and standards of Application Lifecycle Management in a targeted manner You evaluate technical requirements holistically, develop solution options based on them and create a resilient basis of decision with sound recommendations You actively drive bank-wide migration and modernization initiatives and create the basis for efficient implementation with sustainable pattern solutions Through cross-bank voting, you ensure that all stakeholders from the departments and IT have a common understanding of requirements and their planned implementation You evaluate applications over their entire life cycle and derive modernization roadmaps, management dashboards and decision templates You have a clear professional home port, but at the same time you are self-respecting, take responsibility and actively bring your ideas

You have a degree in computer science, engineering or natural science or comparable vocational training You think analytic, trade structured and keep a cool head - even if it gets turbulent Data over opinions: You trade lean, pragmatic and powerful.
