In your activity... ...lead a layer in the 3-layer system. ...take responsibility for production planning and control, including capacity testing, personnel deployment planning and multi-layer monitoring of quality, productivity and efficiency, and compliance with deadlines. ...take care, among other things, for ensuring an efficient flow of information, perform training and work with employees. ...recognise the potential of employees and lead employee talks. ... monitor and control all quality-relevant processes. You ensure compliance with statutory and operational safety regulations, coordinate the maintenance of equipment and installations and contribute to minimising errors and committees. Completed 3-year vocational training with professional experience in a production, multi-layered establishment Multiannual professional experience desirable in the execution of these activities Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Good communication skills in word and writing Ready-to-use, enforcement and problem-solving capability Expressed cost awareness Organisational capacity Discretion Good knowledge of MS-Office Good knowledge of German in word and writing Ready for 3-shift work
