As part of the donation service team, you are the interface between the organization and our donors. In the dialogue, you represent doctors without limits and give the donor a voice that acts in the entire organization.

Answering standard requests and individual concerns of our donors on the phone, by email and by letter You offer the donor an excellent service experience and thus bind our donors to the organization as long as possible Answering administrative questions and processing of the concerns of our donors Certain care of contact and donation data in our CRM database Collection of feedback and suggestions from our donors Support in the implementation of thanks and binding calls You provide information about our project assignments as well as the use of donations and represent doctors without borders to the outside
