Team Leader Day Care Center for the Disabled (m/f/d)

To do this, you as a team leader, together with the multi-professional team, create the necessary space for our clients and shape their individual everyday life. We are now looking for a team management (m/w/d) for the Vitos Disabled Assistance in the Riedstadt region.

• You guide the daycare and guide the motivated team members and answer the budget.

• Together with the team, you implement the concept of work and education for people with impairment.

• You are responsible for efficient processes in the process organization and ensure the quality.

• Your duties include cooperation with relatives, housing, cost-beneficiaries and other cooperation partners.

• Based on your well-founded experience in a day-care facility or WfBM, you develop the educational concept of the day-care facility.

• You have a completed training as a social pedagogue/worker, educator, health education or nursing caregiver, nursing or health caregiver (m/w/d) and contributes professional experience in working with people with cognitive impairment.

• As an experienced manager, you can safely apply principles and instruments of good employee management.

• You share our quality requirements and work to fulfill them.

• You are sure to apply the legal and technical principles of disability and integration aid.

• You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

• Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you can earn up to €5.772 up to €5.772 including team leader and SuE supplement, with long-term professional experience up to €5.963 (based on TVöD-B pay group S12, full-time, part-time). In addition, there is an annual special payment of 85% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme.

• With the ''Vitos Card'' you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
