Your tasks: As Quality Manager & Auditor (m/w/d), you take a central role in the further development of our quality and safety management within our European organization. You plan, conduct and document internal audits according to ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 and accompany external certification, customer and authorities audits. You work as an auditor in our European matrix organization with the focus on port logistics and work closely with our security specialists as well as the operating locations. Your tasks include creating, maintaining and unifying templates, forms and documentation of our management system. In addition, you develop a multi-site reporting as well as a meaningful key figures system and consistently follow measures to sustainably support the continuous improvement process. You actively promote a modern quality and safety culture for our port locations in Germany and Europe. In doing so, you design uniform standards and processes within the organization and act as an important interface between operation, security professionals, management and management.

Your profile: You have practical experience in auditing and have sound knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards. Ideally, you bring an auditor qualification and have already gained experience in carrying out and accompanying audits. You work structured, analytically and solution-oriented and convince by your pronounced communication strength as well as a safe occurrence. In addition, you are delighted to develop and sustainably establish cross-site standards and processes. A responsible position awaits you with a lot of design space and high self-responsibility in an international matrix organization. Regular trips to our different locations within Germany and Europe offer you the opportunity to work closely with the teams on site and promote direct exchange.
