Planning Coordinator / Design & BIM Coordinator (m/f/d)

FEPS GmbH is a dynamically growing, innovative company that specializes in turnkey modular and system design in wood frame technology. As general contractor, we are responsible for the entire cycle from integrated BIM planning and highly automated industrial production in our modern European partner plants to turnkey assembly and commissioning on site.

A complete, BIM-based planning control is the foundation for our highly standardized modular units and short cycle times on site. In order to centrally control the demanding approval and technical planning processes, to guarantee the collision freedom of the models and to coordinate the data exchange in a legally secure manner, we are looking for a detailed, BIM-motivated personality as a planning coordinator / Design & BIM Coordinator (m/w/d). At a glance: Scope & Planning Area: Central professional management, coordination and quality assurance of all planning disciplines (object, structural and TGA technical planning) and digital BIM modelling with an external general planner. Location & Mobility: Headquarters in Munich or Aachen with very attractive, flexible home office and remote controls as well as occasional voting trips to our works or authorities. Remuneration & Benefits: Attractive gross annual salary of about € 65,000 - € 85,000 p.a. Central planning control: assembly, control and ongoing coordination of all planning services (object planning, static/subject, complete technical building equipment) of our external planning partners. Approval & Test Management: Ensuring the approval of all planning documents, compiling and filing documents for the simplified building regulations knowledge process and controlling the static and fire protection test engineers. BIM technical coordination (LPH 2-8): monitoring compliance with the contractual exchange information requirements (AIA) of the client and updating the BIM processing plan (BAP). Model examination & collisions: performing regular automated collision tests of the 3D technical models, coordination of conflict resolution and model-based assignment of planning tasks via BCF interface. IT security & data environment (CDE): Structured management of the Common Data Environment (CDE) of the client with strict compliance with applicable data protection, ISO 27001 and confidentiality requirements (VS-NfD). Interface for manufacturing: Ensuring the smooth transfer of tested execution and assembly plans to our European module plants to ensure the timely production flow.

Education: Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering, timber construction, or comparable engineering training with a strong focus on planning and construction. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in planning coordination or as a BIM coordinator in demanding construction projects, ideally in industrial modular, system or prefabricated construction. BIM- & Software Knowledge: Secure handling of common BIM automatic tools (e.g. Revit) and coordination platforms (e.g. Solibri), sound knowledge of the IFC data standard and BCF task management. Building law & building standards: Basic understanding of German building law (VOB/B, VOB/C, state building regulations) and preferably first experiences with public planning guidelines (e.g. RBBau). Language & Communication Competence: German language skills (level C2) as a contract language as well as knowledge of English for close cooperation with our international works and planning partners; analytical and structured working methods. Security check: readiness and suitability to carry out a regulatory safety review (SÜG) in accordance with the requirements of the public authorities.

Excellent working conditions: An attractive gross annual salary of about € 65,000 - € 85,000 p.a., depending on the qualification and experience, in an unlimited fixed position.
