Road Planning Engineer (m/f/d)

In order to support our team in the section route planning, we are looking for you as an engineer or road planning (w/m/d).

Technical supervision and advice of the external offices in planning and design processes, including examination, coordination and determination of measures during planning and construction. Development and definition of technical standards, strategies and system solutions for road planning, as well as ensuring their application and quality assurance. The main topics of the branch (e.g. demand planning, planning guidelines, traffic studies, cross-sectional design, noise and dewatering concepts). Technical examination and maintenance of plan documents and support for planning changes and complex issues in the offices. Further development and support of technical applications (e.g. road design software) and the design and implementation of training. Participation in projects of road planning for federal motorways (subordinate), including design and approval planning, coordination and support of procurement and planning procedures.

Completed scientific (technical)higher education in the field of civil engineering (road planning/ road design) or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience.

That would be desirable: Knowledge of planning and administrative law as well as relevant regulations and directives (e.g. FStrG, HOAI, BauGB, VwVfG, noise protection regulations). Professional knowledge in the field of Immission Protection and ideally multiannual professional experience in the relevant environment and administration. Personal skills: very good written expressiveness, team skills and independent and interdisciplinary work. High loadability and structured working methods also under time pressure as well as safe use of common office software (Microsoft Office).

Group of charges: E13 The remuneration is carried out according to the above-mentioned remuneration group according to the tariff classification regulations of the TV car.
