These challenges await you with us:

• You are responsible for the shipment processing which includes:

• Separation and monitoring of international transport
• Organisation, control and control of the entire transport chains with internal and external service control stars
• Communication with customers, product and global service centers
• File Ownership – operational, qualitative and economic

• Compliance with internal processes, specifications and guidelines (including Station Metrics) is also within your task
• Ensuring the quality of documents to be created is your responsibility.
• You are responsible for creating and examining internal and external invoices
• Customer Ownership is an integral part of your work.
• Continuous testing and optimization of supply chains complete your profile

• Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable commercial training
• Experience in the sea freight area (required)
• Own initiative
• PC knowledge (Office 365)
• Good knowledge of English (word and writing)
