You take over the leadership and organization of the market. You lead and motivate employees. You plan and coordinate the personnel deployment. You are contact:in the department manager:inside and employees. You develop and maintain the range. You implement joint revenue and annual targets. You monitor operational standards and legal requirements and maintain them. You analyse relevant key figures and implement appropriate measures for market development. You ensure a competent consultation and consultation of the clientele.

You have completed vocational training in retail and professional experience in the food industry. You have leadership experience, ideally in food retail. You have extensive assortment knowledge. You are enforceable, possess team spirit and are flexible. You are characterized by high motivation and organizational ability. Your appearance is friendly, safe and competent. You possess a high degree of self-responsibility and a sense of decision, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action. You are safer in handling economic indicators.
