Team Leader Production Control & Logistics (m/f/d)

You plan and control production orders to ensure a smooth production process and on-time deliveries. Optimize production processes and adapt planning flexibly to demand fluctuations. With your strategic and pragmatic way of working, you are actively driving the CVP. At the same time, you will guide your teams in production control, logistics, warehouse and shipping, support them in day-to-day work and promote efficient, structured working.

Teamplayer and Motivator with Wide View You continuously develop processes and infrastructure, work leading to the introduction of a new planning tool and create forecasts, demand and delivery plans. In addition, you optimize inventory and ensure efficient storage. With your inspiring leadership style, you will ensure that your employees work together actively as a unit, thus strengthening cohesion and creating a working environment that promotes quality and smooth processes.

You have a technical training in the metal sector, complemented by a further training to the master, technician or technical farmer (m/w/d) or a suitable study. With your expertise in manufacturing control, material flow and in handling ERP systems (preferably ABAS), you can optimise our processes. As a motivating manager, you will focus on clear communication, constructive feedback and the individual further development of your employees.
