You assume the overall responsibility for our construction projects – from early planning to realization to handover to the operator. You control the projects on the building site and make sure that costs, dates and quality are complied with. Total project control: You coordinate all project participants and run the project from the start of planning to completion and handover. Control of external partners: You are the central interface to general contractors, architects, specialist planners, authorities, suppliers and operators. Planning and approval: You tune planning bases and interfaces, accompany approval procedures and monitor compliance with the agreed planning objectives. GU selection and award: You accompany the tender, conduct negotiations with general contractors and participate in the award. Costs and Controlling: You monitor budgets, check invoices and recognize possible additional costs at an early stage. Together with the areas involved, you will take appropriate measures. Dates and quality: You create and monitor project schedules, control the progress of construction and ensure the agreed quality of execution. Project communication: You conduct regular consultations and Jour-fixe appointments with general contractors, planners and other project participants. Acceptance and handover: You coordinate pre-treatments, technical acceptances as well as the handover to the operator and follow existing claims for defects. Project preparation: You accompany the project billing, recalculation and complete handover of the project documentation.
