Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

With the independent implementation of the monthly wage and salary bills, in particular with regard to tariff, company, work, tax and social insurance regulations, you, together with the Payroll team, ensure that all employees receive their salary on time and correctly. You take over the plant, care and change of personal master data for a defined area. In your area of responsibility, you will take care of the processing and further development of subject-specific topics relating to age part-time, occupational pensions, allowances and different grant models. As a competent contact person, you can help our employees, executives and external bodies (such as health insurance companies, authorities, associations and social security providers) with payroll-relevant topics. You make an active contribution to the further development of a modern / contemporary use of our HR systems.

Successfully completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in a comparable function Professional knowledge in the fields of pay tax and social security law High commitment, service-oriented, independent, independent and flexible working methods Knowledge of how to use the common software tools (e.g. MS Office), and ideally experience with Sage and Tisoware
