Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering or further training as a construction technician or a comparable qualification High commitment, resilience, pragmatic approach, negotiation skills Self-employed and self-responsibility, communication strength, team skills and leadership principles Long-standing experience in the construction management of civil engineering measures
