They perform a comprehensive profiling and determine the individual support needs of the participants After the balance of competencies, you will guide the participants closely and on request in addressing the individual problem areas (search and debt, coping with precarious housing situation, transitional management to regional carriers such as DRV or SGB XII) Together with the participants, they establish contact with regional networks and support bodies They conduct workshops on various topics through e.g. life-practical competences, application training, basics of healthy life management, beneficial living in Munich You document daily and create participant-related reports They work closely with clients and network partners

You have completed your studies, a state-recognized training in the educational/medical field or a work pedagogical background You bring experiences in coaching and dealing with the target group a flexible, independent and structured way of working is of course for you They are characterized by high communication and team skills You can safely apply the MS Office programs and have good Internet knowledge and knowledge of the eServices of the Federal Employment Agency
