Trainer/Training Consultant (m/f/d)

Preparation and implementation of practical training events at Haßfurt Coordination of training on customer groups incl. Selection of the appropriate premises Live demonstrations & performances at the Experience Center Haßfurt Maintenance, structural measures within the premises, further development of the product portfolio of Experience-Center and Worklab Development of training materials and lectures based on the strategic initiatives of the region Working with the development of training modules for internal and external training. Implementation of training on-site, i.e. at the customer on site and/or at events Coordination of the training program with other German production sites Technical Sparring with RPMs or Product management, to share the relevant content for the German market Support department marketing at trade fairs, events etc.

Technical vocational training with several years of professional experience in the field of utility technology/building technology or completed studies in a technical field Experience in carrying out training, presentations or workshops for different target groups Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook Embossed communication and presentation strength as well as a safe occurrence before groups. High customer orientation, enthusiasm and joy in sharing with internal and external stakeholders Self-employed, structured working together with organizational talent and a pronounced hand-on mentality High readiness and reliability Good knowledge of German and English as well as willingness to attend occasional business trips
