You take over the independent design and coordination of the HLSE structures especially for future-oriented, modular residential buildings.
You primarily control the HOAI performance phases 3 to 6 and create precise designs, plans and technical schemes.
You continuously optimize the planning processes in terms of cost-effectiveness, quality as well as structural implementation and prepare the data for production.
You act as a central link and agree closely with internal departments, production, external partners and suppliers.
You create detailed lists of services, evaluate incoming offers well-founded and provide advice to the department.
You bring a successfully completed qualification as technician/master of the field of supply technology, electrical engineering and Building technology or corresponding engineering studies. You look back on several years of professional experience in the HLSE design and execution planning and can safely master HOAI phases 3–6.
You have routines in handling modern CAD software (ideally Revit) as well as common MS Office applications.
You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented way of working and convince by the strength of communication in interdisciplinary project teams.
In the best case, You bring hand-resistant practice from the construction design, but prefer a primary planning area in the office.
