They are responsible for the risk assessment and documentation of the new and change business for private customers:in the areas of household, glass, residential and travel cancellation insurance. You will ensure comprehensive coverage and assessment of insurance risks. Their task is to create tailor-made insurance proposals that are tailored to the needs of our customers. This helps you to ensure that our insurance offers are optimally adapted to the respective requirements. As a contact person for our policyholders, you are available in questions or problems. You are here to provide competent and friendly solutions and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our customers. Renovation of damaged contracts is also part of your responsibility. In addition, advise and support employees in the LVM agencies and introduce your expertise. You use your expertise to actively shape change processes in the field of expertise and to promote continuous improvements.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance. Alternatively, you have a professional training and have collected several years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry. They are used to work independently and solve tricky problems. Your ability to make informed decisions brings fresh wind to our team. Your strong communication skills and your strong customer orientation make you the ideal response for our customers. They are at their side and represent the LVM Insurance friendly and competent. Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Of course, any overtime that has been completed is paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.
