Senior Consultant (m/w/d) From August 2026 or later with an indefinite proportion of 50-80% Are you interested in helping and accompanying our clients individually in their everyday lives? Do you have innovative ideas for the participation of people with different support needs and are you happy to shape change processes? You like to work in a dedicated team? In the middle of the event is the motto in the Falconstraße in Ober-Ramstadt. Our small accommodation unit offers 16 clients with impairment a family and individual home in small apartments. The city centre is a short walk away with shopping and the train station. An ice cream café on the ground floor invites you to a welcome cooling in the summer.

How does your day look like • They serve people with different impairments over the entire course of the day and shape them together. • You take care of the basic care of our clients and take responsible reference services • In the implementation of modern forms of participation, our model “My Plan” you will find creative ways to fulfill the individual wishes and needs of our clients and create detailed participation plans • They identify the individual needs, interests and potentials of the residents and develop tailor-made care services. • They design the parent, family and supervisor contacts and work closely with internal and external specialist services, authorities and institutions
