Strategic and conceptual development as well as the implementation and further development of the global export control / customs/ and associated monitoring processes from “end-to-end” perspective Supporting Group Projects professionally as well as supporting new business models, in particular with regard to measures for organisational and processual securing of Foreign Trade Compliance Conduct process analyses and support the implementation of innovative business processes using central IT systems Training on existing and optimized processes, as well as implementing new software solutions be responsible for supporting key users and end users in the field of export control and customs Create binding procedural guidelines for all ZEISS companies worldwide, taking into account foreign trade regulations Document, coordinate and control relevant processes in the company Evaluate process and master data to develop and implement solutions for internal optimization projects
Graduate degree in the field of BWL or law with the subject of customs law, economic law or engineering Professional experience in a globally active business enterprise, in the superior service of customs administration or an audit firm with relevant experience in dealing with authorities and conducting projects/auditing Comprehensive understanding of legislative and approval procedures, administrative procedures experience in the field of project management (required under Foreign Trade Projects) High level of responsibility and loadability Safe handling in MS-Office and SAP German and English flowing in word and writing JOBV1_EN
