Your tasks as a commercial employee (gn) in the field of IT:

• Contact for employees in Germany and abroad to all IT questions as first-level support
• Competent acceptance and processing of enquiries and fault messages by phone, email and remote support tools
• MS - Office Kentnisse
• Documentation and processing of requests in the OTRS Helpdesksystem
• Self-analysis and solution of problems by defined processes and redirecting complex cases to second-level support
• Participation in IT projects
• Creation of IT documentation and training documents

That's what you bring:

• Complete training in IT, e.g. as a specialist in IT (gn) for system integration or IT system business (gn)
• Funded knowledge in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Experience with remote support tools and helpdesk systems (e.g. OTRS
• Team skills
