You take responsibility for smooth operations in the warehouse and run your team safely through shift operation – focusing on quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction through high-performance logistics processes, sensible packages and complete delivery Develop and monitor system and work processes, both independently as leadership and together with the team Motivation of the team for the effective and cost-conscious execution of tasks Staff management and instruction as well as ensuring their optimal use and utilisation Continuous loadings test for sufficient load securing according to VDI 2700 using optimal storage space and correct if required Optimization of operations and minimisation of transport damage and commissioning errors

Successfully completed training on the specialist for warehouse logistics or the like with reference to logistics, preferably further training to the logistics master Multiannual professional experience in logistics including quality and process management Trusted in the professional and disciplinary staff management Secure handling of SAP Knowledge of cargo safety, accident prevention and fire protection regulations Very good German knowledge Good knowledge of English is advantageous JOBV1_EN
