As a “Pega Business Architect (m/w/d)” you are crucial to continuing to build up our customer business in the Pega environment in the Financial Services, Insurance, Public, Healthcare and Automotive sectors.

You support our customers in defining innovative IT strategies, target architectures and IT processes using the Pega platform In process optimization and automation projects, you document customer requirements taking into account agile methods and translate them into pega functions With your expertise, you will advise decision-makers and stakeholders in the design and implementation of Pega applications You define guidelines to support development tasks and process processes

You bring several years of experience in the IT environment, ideally in the banking or insurance environment You are experienced in the design and implementation of pega applications, preferably in agile projects The certification for CPBA and/or CPSA is a plus You are characterized by a structured way of working, communication strength and very good presentation skills You have already gained experience in coaching and mentoring your team
