You are responsible for the creation and further development of People Analytics Reports in the SAP environment (SAP HCM / SAP Analytics Cloud) – from data processing to analysis to addressable results. You assume the technical responsibility for the SAP organization management (SAP OM) including the implementation of organizational changes and ensuring high data quality. You control the holistic planning, implementation and evaluation of global employee surveys (in terms of content and system). You work in projects in HR, HR IT and Analytics as well as in the further development of digital HR processes.

You have completed their studies focusing on BWL, Business Informatics, Data Science and A. You bring experience in the HR, HR IT or People Analytics environment. You have good knowledge of SAP organization management (SAP OM) and ideally in other HR systems, such as SuccessFactors or SAP Analytics Cloud. You have experience in HR reporting and in handling key figures and data analyses. You work in a structured, self-contained manner and convince with the strength of communication in German and English as well as strong team skills.
