They bring technical skill, a good eye for precision and ideally experience in circular grinding machines – or the motivation to learn this thoroughly? We look forward to your application!

Self-assembly and operation of conventional circular grinding machines

grinding of workpieces made of plastic according to drawing and dimensional specification

Selection and alignment of suitable grinding wheels

Manual clamping and alignment of the workpieces (e.g. between tips, chuck)

Monitoring the grinding process and performing small corrections

Measurement and visual inspection with common measuring means (e.g., stirrup measuring screw, meter)

Maintenance and cleaning of the machines and documentation of the work steps

Experience in circular grinding, ideally with conventional machines – or you bring the motivation to learn this thoroughly with us

Knowledge of how to use sensitive materials such as plastic

Safe handling of clamping means and measuring means

Handicraft skill, precise work and sense of responsibility

Complete training in the metal sector of advantage (e.g. machining mechanic, industrial mechanic) – alternatively also with professional experience

Reliability, teamability and willingness to work in a permanent early shift

Long-term use with takeover chance at the customer
