Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices Coordination and maintenance of creditor accounts and master data in the ERP system SAP Processing and booking of credit card bills Preparation and implementation of payment transactions Monitoring of payment deadlines and use of discount options Communication with suppliers and internal departments Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Support and representation of tasks in plant accounting

Successfully completed commercial training with further training in financial and accounting (e.g. financial accountants, accounting officers) or comparable studies with a focus on accounting/finance Multiannual well-founded professional experience in financial accounting, in particular in the area of creditors Very good knowledge of legal regulations in accounting (HGB) and tax bases (in particular turnover tax law) Secure handling of ERP system SAP as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel experience in participation in HGB Knowledge of plant accounting is desirable High numerical affinity and pronounced analytical thinking Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Outstanding sense of responsibility and team skills
