Strengthen our team in Munich as soon as possible as Product Manager (m/w/d) 40 hours working week In this position, you contribute to developing our teachings on top level in a didactic, professional and organizational manner and actively shaping the future of education with new impulses.

Programme management: independent conception and management of courses including pricing and responsibility for topics relevant to the application, admission and fringes Curriculum Development: Continuous further development of course contents taking into account didactic concepts and coordination of technical adjustments Quality Management: Ensuring quality and specialist standards as well as evaluation and feedback management Market analysis: observation and analysis of trends, needs and developments in the training market and in the tax industry Learning Experience Design: Conception, organization and implementation of onboarding and learning coaching formats for participants Stakeholder Management: Takeover of a central interface function between internal stakeholders and external partners

Complete studies in the field of economic, legal or social sciences/pedagogics/adult education or comparable qualifications Practical experience in the design, organisation and coordination of education and training Training offers Practical experience in dealing with e-learning and adaptive learning formats Didactic feeling and joy in developing learning concepts and designing teaching materials Knowledge of evaluation, quality assurance and project management Embossed communication and contact skills as well as analytical and networked thinking skills Structured-organized and flexible working methods as well as high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility Joy in driving issues together in the team – tax-legal knowledge is not necessary
