As Platform Owner Identity & Access (m/w/d) at Essen or Muttenz in the IT Service Center department, you take responsibility for our corporate IAM platform and ensure secure, stable and efficient access for both internal and external users You develop our identity and access strategies and implement technical security and compliance requirements in a targeted manner In integrating new applications into our IAM landscape, you use modern authentication and authorization standards You automate identity-lifecycle processes like Joiner-Mover-Leaver and secure a transparent, efficient and consistent IAM environment through monitoring, reporting and audits When creating and implementing role and authorization concepts, you are looking for a clear, comprehensible access control and agreeing closely with the areas involved

You also have several years of experience in the design, development and operation of Identity & Access Management Systems, ideally with Entra ID Finding knowledge of authentication and authorization procedures (e.g. SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) as well as the implementation of role and authorization concepts are your core competencies You know regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR and ISO 27001 and take into account them safely in practice
