Your tasks in detail: Conduct (project) correspondences, appointment management, telephone calls, material procurement. Administrative processing of construction projects, organization of documents, deposit, preparation of local dates, acceptances and logging. Support in project controlling for costs and appointments. Support for sales in customer requests by creating presentations, preparing customer appointments and customer care in the CRM as well as in digital management systems (Lean Management, Navision). Ensuring smooth communication in the team as well as sovereign communication with customers and the interface departments in the company.

Commercial or technical training as well as several years of professional experience in assistance positions and interest in the construction industry. It would be optimal if you were able to present experiences with public tenders. German language skills (C1). Founded MS Office competencies. Embossed communication skills in word and writing.
