The SOS Children's Village Harksheide is a differentiated aid for children and youth aid. 67 educationally active employees promote and maintain approx. 70 children and adolescents living in children's villages, housing groups and in the family. The specialist service, the day group, the internal children's and youth meeting, the educational offer ''Ross & Racker'' and the family center completes our portfolio. For our SOS Children's Village Harksheide we are looking for 01.02.2026 Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.) From February 2026, up to 6 children aged 3 to 9 years old, we will give a loving, stable environment in our newly built fully-stationary toddlers group and promote their development through binding and resource-oriented pedagogy. Together with the team and team coordination, you can expect the following tasks: You accompany and promote the children in their everyday life and in their free time. You create a stable and safe environment for the children for their development. You work independently with your colleagues in the team and, if necessary, take back our interdisciplinary specialist service. You contribute to education and assistance planning. You work trustfully with the source systems. You cooperate with representatives of youth offices, schools and other external bodies. You have a degree as an educator or social pedagoguein or curative nursein or curative teacher*in and bring professional experience in stationary youth assistance.
