The customer contracting and the participating service providers are controlled and responsible by you. In order to maintain good data quality, you are responsible for the definition of customer master data and the planning and coordination of data purification. They are responsible for the customer core processes of apoBank (e.g. customer installation and administration, power plant and administration, address management) and are constantly developing them. As an internal contact and expert, you are a link between the different stakeholders for the processes to be responsible. The cooperation or management of (partial) projects with respect to customer core processes is also one of your tasks.

They bring a successfully completed business studies or a corresponding bank-specific training/exit training. We require experience in conceptual tasks, project experience and experience in process management in credit institutions. You are redirected with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are open to new technologies. They are strong in communication and act as team- and performance-oriented. A high degree of initiative and affinity for digitization topics complete your profile.
