In the Reseller Customer Success department, you support our transformation project and get the chance to gain valuable insights into strategic project work. With your commitment, you make an important contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future – so that it works for everyone. Your tasks at a glance: Examination, creation and activation of job advertisements in coordination with our customers

Management and processing of customer requests

Maintenance and updating of customer data

Editing ad-hoc project tasks and using a ticketing system for task tracking

Registered full-time student

Careful, reliable working and pleasure in team work

Very good German and good English skills

Basic knowledge in Excel, ideally first experience with reporting tools

Availability of 16–20 hours per week, ideal for at least 12 months
