Project Manager Operation (m/f/d)

Initiation, planning, implementation, coordination, control, monitoring and completion of the manufacturing processes. QKT responsible for all assigned tasks. Creation, continuous updating and maintenance of process documentation until final delivery to the client. Professional leadership of the associated team members, including cross- and cross-disciplinary, project progress control and plausibility of the technical completion of the subproject. Plausitising technical mass skeletons, support for error management and participation in claim management for independent and foreign corpusions. Coordination, organisation and implementation of customer and internal technical reviews, examination of the subproject contents worked out for consistency, contractual conformity and compliance with quality, cost and deadline criteria The role is assigned to the project, reports to the project and is disciplinaryly located within the OPS main division PMC in the matrix organization.

Technical university studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, shipbuilding or comparable study programme). IPMA Level B certification in project management. Multiannual project management experience as well as sound product and manufacturing understanding. Teamability and monitoring of production progress including reporting on quality, costs and dates. Openness to different cultures and intercultural communication skills. Very good knowledge of German and English. High flexibility, self-responsibility and independent work as well as strong communication and travel readiness.
