In the Maxauer Papierfabrik we mainly process waste paper and produce versatile and environmentally friendly printing paper. Papermaking has a long tradition with us. • Technical and disciplinary management of the departments Planning/Disposition, Operational Logistics and Purchasing for waste paper, wood, fuels and disposal

• Creation of rough planning and production program

• Coordination of planning within the Sales & Operations Process and integration of the Maxauer Papierfabrik into the SCM Processes of Black Production

• Ensure storage space and cargo space availability for ready papers

• Responsibility for the disposition processes of all relevant raw materials, fuels, disposal topics and means of production

• Participation in strategic location development, investment planning and financial year planning related to SCM

• Support and management of decisions at board, management and management level

• Implementation of occupational safety measures, legal requirements and implementation of necessary training

• Complete degree (Master/Diplom) with focus on supply chain management / logistics

• Multiannual professional and leadership experience (min. 5-10 years) in the production environment

• deep knowledge of production planning, transport disposition, logistics processes in producing companies

• Teamability, resilience and ability to successfully make decisions in a matrix organization
