Service technician / commissioning technician in special machine construction (m/f/d)

Retraction, parameterization and optimization of the machine processes after mechanical and electrical assembly Implementation of internal functional tests as well as preparation, monitoring and documentation of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Conducting Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with the customer including machine removal and transfer Testing of all installed components and ensuring quality standards in the fields of mechanics, electrical and pneumatics Analysis, diagnosis and sustainable troubleshooting with focus on process safety, plant availability and timing optimization Implementation of smaller software adaptations and parameterizations in coordination with software development (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT) Support in optimizing existing machine concepts and production processes Close cooperation with project management, design, assembly, software development and service Creation and maintenance of commissioning, testing and service reports Implementation of customer training for operating, maintenance and service personnel Technical contact (m/w/d) for customers during the commissioning phase Support for service operations, maintenance and retrofit projects in Germany and abroad

(m/w/d), Elektrotechniker Meister (m/w/d) or state-tested technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in special machine construction, plant construction or automation technology Funded knowledge in the fields of pneumatics, sensor technology, drive technology, electrical engineering and measuring and testing technology Experience in commissioning complex machinery and equipment and in carrying out FAT and SAT operations knowledge of fault analysis, process optimization and systematic troubleshooting Basic knowledge in handling PLC controls and HMI systems (e.g. Siemens, Beckhoff or Allen-Bradley) Safe handling of technical drawings, current schedules and documentation High worldwide readiness and willingness to multi-week foreign operations Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed customer orientation, communication strength and professional appearance Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and high self-responsibility Teamability, flexibility and resilience complete your profile
