Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We create habitats for participation. In January 2026 we celebrated the reopening of our barrier-free community of 'Community residence' in Gernsheim - a place for people with and without impairment. Individually designed apartments for young and old, families, couples and individuals are available in three new buildings. Spacious community and green areas promote encounter and participation for all. Individual apartments offer space for personal development and at the same time needs-based support, embedded in a living community How does your day look like • With empathy and humour, they provide a reliable daily routine, develop the new social space with the residents and assist in building and maintaining a neighboring relationship. • You take over the basic care of our clients and specific case responsibilities to ensure self-determined life, to manage everyday life and participate in life • In tandem with a colleague and with the help of your knowledge and experience, they have an overview of all the basic services and knowledge in SGB IX. They operate the instruments of various cost-beneficiaries (e.g. PIT), apply for technical service hours and ensure their provision • They build sustainable relationships with exciting people, provide durable structures, and have fun to change • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our clients, you work in close cooperation with relatives, legal advisors, the team and with collaborative collaborators, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who assist you in your work
