Compliance Manager / Outsourcing Manager (m/f/d)

Advising the departments on regulatory requirements as part of the institution-specific outlays Support for the areas of contract design in relation to outsourcing Ensuring appropriate documentation processes, e.g. SLA reports, in the fields Control of risk mitigation in the relocation of services and assessment of measures taken Regular participation in bodies and activities as a specialist contact for customers and service providers Building and maintaining a clearly identifiable GRC fitness (Governance, Risk & Compliance) so that the implementation of regulatory requirements for customers, banks and service providers is transparent and comprehensible

Graduate in law, economic law or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (at least 3 years) in the compliance or regulatory environment Knowledge of current regulatory requirements, in particular MaRisk, DORA and other relevant regulatory requirements Certification in outsourcing management is advantageous and is estimated as an additional qualification Safe handling of different stakeholders and the ability to understand complex issues Leadership through expertise and interdisciplinary cooperation – ability to support projects and decisions professionally well-founded, even without personnel responsibility High self-organization and self-initiative to guide projects in a structured and reliable way
