Export clerk / internal sales (m/f/d)

As the first contact person, you will be responsible for our customers in Germany and abroad, answer questions, solve problems and ensure a continuous satisfaction of our customers For our German and international customers, create offers and process orders In accordance with the country-specific requirements and using the Atlas system, you are responsible for creating all necessary shipping, export and customs documents In close cooperation with various forwardings coordinate and monitor the entire shipping process Your tasks include the continuous support of our sales team in the telephone customer contact and the follow-up of offers.
