Planning, coordination and implementation of e-learning projects Control of external e-learning agencies Planning training needs and creating concepts for digital learning formats Media-didactic and media-technical advice in the implementation of learning journeys and formats Coordination with various stakeholders, such as the Digital Learning Department, the client, agencies and employees Support for training management in the Learning Management System

A successfully completed study in the medical field or comparable training Multiannual experience in project management in the field of e-learning or digital education High communication strength and persuasion Analytical skills for identifying training needs and developing new learning concepts Organisational skills Teamability and flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements
