Technical and Commercial Object Care Leadership and coordination of our dedicated local technology team Resource and deployment planning Compliance with the required proofs of the valid statutory and technical regulations, occupational safety, accident and fire protection Defining, optimizing and implementing internal processes and guidelines Coordination and control of all operations in the object (operator responsibility, compliance, data protection) Project documentation and reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual reports etc.) Coordination and control of repair and rebuilding measures including accompanying quality assurance Participation in Jour fixes with the client Creation of maintenance strategies and budgets Contact person for clients and authorities Implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Ideally Akademischer Grad, Dipl.-Ing./Master/Bachelor preferably from the fields of facility management, building technology, civil engineering, electrical engineering, etc. or several years of experience with high technical and organizational competence First knowledge in the field of building management Binding and service-oriented appearance Competent handling of customers and partner companies First experience in personnel management Versified handling of current IT programs (MS-Office / CAFM system) driving licence class B
