You have completed a degree in building or energy engineering, engineering, or a training as a master/technician (m/w/d) SHK with a strong focus on project management You know how to run after-contractors:inside, motivated and consistently demanding compliance with standards You can interpret complex data packets and inventory recordings of our data managers:inside and translate them into precise work instructions for the plants You have already successfully managed projects in the field of heat pumps or complex heating renovations in the multi-family house system You keep an overview of unforeseen challenges at the construction site and find technically clean solutions
