Support of the Managing Director (CDO) in the daily operating business Organisation of missions and appointment coordination and management Organisation and preparation of internal and external meetings Preparation of presentations and evaluations Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Other administrative tasks (e.g. management of development authorizations)

Completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience required in a comparable position Self-employed, structured and targeted Friendly and professional appearance and a high degree of self-initiative Impressed communication skills in the international environment and an analytical and conceptual approach German and English knowledge in word and writing Parttime from 25 hours a week (Mo–Fr)
