Operator Surface Finishing / PVD Coating with Perspective Production Management – Medium/Long-Term Operations Manager (m/f/d)

This position is particularly aimed at technically interested specialists, technicians, masters or junior executives (m/w/d), who want to take responsibility, develop and perform a leading function in production in a perspective.

Operation, monitoring and support of modern coating systems Preparation of tools and components for the coating process Radiation, finishing, cleaning and fitting of automated systems Charging and decharging of tools and components Preparation and maintenance of mounting systems, rotations and coating systems incorporation and conversion of target materials and preparation of the coating processes Selection, adaptation and monitoring of process parameters after incorporation Control of process sequences and support in troubleshooting Optical control of the coatings as well as carrying out refinish work Working in goods outlet, packaging and shipping Step by step take over additional tasks in organization, work preparation, quality assurance and team coordination Perspective support in instructing, guidance and development of employees

Technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, machining mechanic, machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or in a comparable profession Further education as a technician or master (m/w/d) is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Training is desirable or the willingness to acquire this perspective Interest in PVD coating, surface technology, plant operation and precise manufacturing processes willingness to take on new tasks and to develop professionally and personally Structured, careful and quality-conscious operation Responsibility in handling customer tools, plants and process parameters Teamability, communication strength and joy in joining and leading other employees Hands-on mentality and willingness to cooperate in all areas of production First leadership experience is advantageous, but no requirement
