Accounts payable accountant (m/f/d)

Invoicing Processing: In our Doxis4 InvoiceMaster program, you process and check electronic supplier invoices completely using SAP MM orders, supplier frame contracts and retrieval orders to process and book them in SAP. Testing and recording: You check supplier guarantees and enter them in SAP and Doxis4. Communication: You are the contact person for our suppliers, project managers and auditors and ensure smooth communication. Financial management: You monitor and balance open items, independently process the dunning and ensure compliance with payment targets. Project support: You support projects such as the introduction of S/4HANA and the optimization of our accounting processes.

Training: You have completed commercial training and a further training to the financial account holder or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in creditor accounting. SAP knowledge: You are sure to use the FI and MM SAP modules. Knowledge in S/4 Hana is an advantage. Software knowledge: You have good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Word, Excel and teams. Personality: You are team-ready, structured, responsible and work reliably.
