Total responsibility for the operational management of the real estate management Leadership and development of regional locations and their managers Control and optimization of all business processes Ensuring high service quality for owners, councils and tenants Responsibility for Budget Planning, Economics and Result Development Development and implementation of growth and digitization strategies Leadership, motivation and further development of employees Cooperation with owners, investors, authorities and external service providers Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and quality standards Regular travel activities to our nationwide locations

You fit well with us if you can decide quickly and prefer to take the phone listener in hand than writing long emails. You build a trust relationship with your teams, but don't be afraid of a clear statement if this should be necessary. Experience in managing decentralised teams and multiple locations High communication and negotiation competence Decision strength, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality At least 10 years of leadership experience in the real estate or house management industry Funded knowledge in rental and real estate law Entrepreneurial thinking and strong economic competence Completed degree in real estate, business, law or comparable qualification Safe handling of DOMUS CRM/ERP desirable readiness to travel within Germany
