Manager of CRM Business Administration (x|w|m) – Hybrid

We are currently looking for a manager or manager for CRM Business Administration (x|w|m) for our team CRM & Digital Transformation in the BPS division at Göttingen (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this role, you are responsible for the global administration of the local CRM system. You ensure that it is effectively used and continuously developed in all areas of the sales and service organisation. For this purpose, a strategically thinking leadership, which runs an international team of Salesforce administrators, needs to work with internal and external contacts, and drives improvements to the CRM system that support corporate goals.

The team consists of six employees who are looking forward to shaping the future orientation of our Salesforce environment together with you. The job is possible in full time and takes place daily remotely as well as on site at the campus in Göttingen.

Leadership and development of a team of Salesforce administrators, promotion of cooperation and performance Responsibility for the administration, optimization and continuous development of the CRM system in sales and service

Support and training of users to make use of the CRM functions

Processing system problems and further development requests and coordination with IT for implementation

Working with internal contacts to adapt CRM processes to business requirements

Monitoring and reporting of CRM data quality and relevant key figures to support decisions

Working in processes, system improvements and digital transformation initiatives

Cooperation with the leadership level to develop and implement CRM strategies that strengthen customer loyalty

You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable subject area You bring multi-year international sales experience

Outstanding leadership skills and experience in managing international teams

Very good communication and social competence for dealing with stakeholders

Very good English skills, other languages of advantage

Funded knowledge in CRM systems, in particular Salesforce, focusing on system administration and user support

Experience in project management and in initiatives for process improvement

Analytical skills for reporting and data analysis

Curiosity, willingness to design and the ability to manage and present projects convincingly
