Creating programmatically generated printed products, serial messages (e-mails), reports and lists in the modules HISinOne APP, STU, EXA, RES and DOC or migration from HiS QiS Analyze and eliminate disturbances and errors using modern diagnostic systems (system monitoring Linux, HIS log files, database editor) Coordination and execution of detailed tests after installing updates or troubleshooting measures Fixing errors by independent escalation to HIS support 2nd Lvl support Support in the implementation of the IT system requirements following the defined target processes Implementation of new user requirements and changes in the system, as well as technical and organisational measures for system security Support for technical implementation and development of the HIO system
